NEW South Yorkshire Games Accelerator – APPLICATIONS OPEN!

We are excited to announce that the applications are now OPEN for the Indielab Games South Yorks’ Games Accelerator, designed to support Games developers and Games Tech providers across South Yorkshire.
The programmes will be delivered in partnership with TEAM SY, a project part-financed by the European Union’s European Regional Development Fund and delivered in partnership with Capital Enterprise and Barnsley Council.

Indielab is looking for South Yorkshire’s innovative up-and-coming games developers and games tech providers to take part in the programme, commencing in October 2022. The application process is open to all early and mid-stage companies who are headquartered in South Yorkshire.

The Indielab South Yorks’ Games Accelerator delivers high level briefings from top industry leaders, major studios, investors, publishers and decision makers from across the sector, giving your business and your games an edge in today’s ever more competitive environment.

This exciting new programme will see two accelerators running simultaneously: a Games Developer Accelerator, for those who are generating their own IP and a Games Tech Accelerator, for those who are supporting the games sector. Each is designed to drive growth and success for your company.

The Games Accelerators are fully funded, so there is no cost to attend. There are a limited number of places available on each accelerator, and we expect a high level of interest in the programme, so encourage potential applicants to attend one of our briefings. Full details can be found here.
