Victoria Powell is CEO and Programme Director at Indielab Games

 

Victoria founded Indielab in 2015, and since that time has delivered a variety of innovative and bespoke programmes, driving quantifiable growth and commercial success for more than 200 companies. Prior to founding Indielab, Victoria was an advisor to the Shadow Minister for Media and Communications. She has also worked in tech for Motion Touch and spent many years as a TV producer (Goodlight and V Good Films) seeing her shows, such as Channel 4’s Tony Blair: Rock Star, exported all over the world. She has been a member of the Pact Policy Group, a mentor at Seedcamp, and is regularly asked to speak at industry events. She also has a master’s degree in producing from the UK’s National Film & Television School.
In 2022 Victoria founded Indielab Games, combining all of her experience with her impressive network to support and drive growth, alongside inclusion and diversity, in the gaming sector.
